Circular economy creates growth while saving natural resources
The depletion of natural resources and the increasing industrial competition for limited raw materials necessitate a shift towards a more sustainable economy. Through our mission, Business Finland promotes the development and international implementation and scaling of Finnish circular economy business models and solutions, as well as attracts investments in the circular economy to Finland. Finnish solutions accelerate the transition to a circular economy, which also addresses the triple crisis caused by climate change, biodiversity loss, and environmental pollution.

Circular economy models and solutions allow us to double the added value of the economy, secure the availability of raw materials, and promote sustainable economic growth. Competitiveness is enhanced by supporting collaboration and renewal that increase resource productivity and the circular material use rate.
